How to use the reporting section

When you land on the reporting page you'll see a tab at the top with two options; Dashboard & Users.

Dashboard

Dashboard shows an overview of activity on your platform.

Most Viewed Programmes

This report shows the top viewed programme pages in a given time frame. The filters at the top allow you to choose a date range, frequency & platform.

Top Users

This report shows the most active users on your platform. Again, the filters allow you to choose a date range, how many users you want to show, frequency & platform.

Top Genres

This report shows the genres which have the most engagement. This is calculated through programme page views. The filers allow you to choose a date range, how many genres you want to show and a platform.

Time Spent Viewing Programme

This report shows which programme pages your users are spending the most time on. The filters allow you to choose a date range, how many programmes you want to show and a platform.

Users

The users section shows more granular information on individual users of the platform.

Search for a user using the search bar, click their name and information will appear.

Overview Information

  • Last login

  • Average Monthly Visits (compared to system average)

  • Average Monthly Programme Views (compared to system average)

  • Average Monthly Video Views (compared to system average)

Video Interactions

This report shows a list of videos the user has interacted with. 

  • Name of video

  • Last Viewed Date

  • Length of time video was viewed for

Programme Pages Viewed

This shows a list of programmes the user has viewed. You can export this report as a CSV.

  • Number of page views

  • Time on page

  • Video Interactions

  • Assets Downloaded

  • Last View

Lists

This report shows:

  • Lists created by the user

  • Shared by the user

  • Shared with the user
