Video Reporting gives you powerful insights into how your video content is being consumed. From overall activity to individual video performance, it helps you understand what’s resonating with your audience.
Accessing Video Reporting
If enabled on your platform:
Go to Menu > Reporting
Select the 'Video' tab
Overview: Video activity table
When you land on the Video Reporting section, you’ll see a comprehensive table of recent video activity across your platform.
Filter your data
Refine your insights using filters such as:
Date range
User type
Company
Platform (web or app)
Location
Time watched
You can also export this data as a CSV for deeper analysis.
Individual Videos
Want to dive deeper into a specific video?
Head to the 'Individual Videos' tab and search for the video you’re interested in.
What you’ll see:
Who watched the video
How long they watched for
Where the video was viewed from
Understanding 'Location'
The Location field tells you where the video was played from within your platform.
For example:
Programme page
Video banner
Other placements across the site
This helps you understand which areas of your platform are driving engagement.
Dashboard insights
When Video Reporting is enabled, you’ll also unlock additional insights on your main Reporting dashboard, including:
Top Videos – your most-watched content
Top Programmes by Video Views – which programmes are driving video engagement
