Page Reporting

Understand how users are engaging with your site

Written by Support

Page Reporting gives you a clear view of how users interact with the pages on your platform. It helps you track usage, user journeys, and engagement across both your homepage and CMS-created pages.

Accessing Page Reporting

If Page Reporting is enabled on your site:

  1. Go to Menu > Reporting

  2. Select the 'Pages' tab

What Page Reporting includes

Once inside the Pages tab, you’ll see a summary of user activity across:

  • Homepage

  • Custom CMS pages (pages created in your admin system)

This gives you a much broader understanding of how users are navigating and interacting with your site.

Searching for a specific page

Use the search bar to quickly find a page and view its performance data.

Once selected, you’ll see detailed insights including:

  • User information

  • Company name

  • Platform used (web or app, where applicable)

  • Time spent on the page

  • Last viewed timestamp

Understanding the data

Origin column

The Origin column shows how the user arrived at the page:

  • Internal page navigation – they clicked through from another page on your site

  • External – they arrived via an external link (e.g. email, direct URL, or third-party site)

This helps you understand where your traffic is coming from.

Next Page column

The Next Page column shows the user’s journey after viewing the page.

  • Where they went next

  • How they continue navigating your platform

This is especially useful for mapping user flows and identifying drop-off points or popular pathways.

Why Page Reporting is useful

Page Reporting helps you:

  • Understand which pages are most engaging

  • Track how users move through your site

  • Identify entry and exit points

  • Improve navigation and content structure

  • Compare performance across web and app (if applicable)
