Manage your site users - both internal and external

Site Users allows you to manage both internal (people at your company) and external (buyers / producers) users.

Navigate to ONE Admin > Admin > UsersΒ 

This screen shows all existing users in the system πŸ‘‡

You can use the filters button to narrow down your search of your entire user list.

Add a New User

To add a new user, click the '+ New User' button in the top right corner.

You'll then be taken to a form to input required information about the new user.

Title: Choose from MR, MRS, MISS OR MS.
​First Name: Input user's first name
​Last Name: Input user's last name
​Company: Choose a company to assign the user to from existing companies in the system. If they belong to a company that doesn't yet exist, you can simply click on the 'Add Company' button. For more information on Companies, see this article.
​Job Title: Input user's job title
​Telephone: Input user's phone number

Mobile: Input the user's mobile number
​Email: Input the email address the user will need to log in with

External ID: If you have ID's for you users, input them here

Programme Types: Choose a programme type for your user. For information on managing your programme types, read this article
​Genre Interests: Choose from your list of genres, add genres following the instructions in this article

User Type: Choose from internal or external
​Groups: Choose some groups for the user. If you want to great a new group, you can simply click on the 'Add Group' button. For more information on managing groups, read this article.

Roles: Choose a role for the user. For information on managing roles, read this article
​All Programmes Access: Select this radio button if you want the user to have access to all programmes

All Videos Access: Select this radio button if you want the user to have access to all videos.

Password: Input a password with at least one uppercase letter, one number & 8 characters long

Edit an Existing User πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ

Click Actions > Edit to the right of the user you'd like to edit.

Suspend a User πŸ™…β€β™‚οΈ

Click Actions > Suspend User. To Unsuspend, go back to the user and Actions > Unsuspend User

Approve a User πŸ‘

Go to the Approvals section in Admin. You have the option to look at pending, approved or rejected users. The Pending tab shows users waiting to be approved or rejected.

Review application and you're given the option to assign a company and Account Manager, then either approve or reject the user πŸ™‚
