The Reporting section gives you a clear view of how your platform is being used - helping you track engagement, identify trends, and better understand your audience.


Accessing Reporting

To get started:

  • Navigate to Menu > Reporting

At the top of the page, you’ll see the following tabs:

  • Dashboard

  • Programmes

  • Users

  • Videos

  • Pages

  • Production Companies

  • Search

  • Lists


Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard provides a high-level snapshot of activity across your platform.

Most Viewed Programmes

See which programme pages are attracting the most attention.

Filters available:

  • Date range

  • Frequency (e.g. daily, weekly)

  • Platform

Great for identifying your most popular content.


Top Programmes by Video Views

See what programmes are the top performers based on video views

Filters available:

  • Date range

  • Limit

  • User Type

  • Precision

  • Platform


Top Users

Discover your most active users based on engagement.

Filters available:

  • Date range

  • Limit

  • User Type

  • Precision

  • Platform

Useful for spotting key clients or highly engaged users.


Top Genres

Understand which genres are performing best based on engagement.

Filters available:

  • Date range

  • Limit

  • User Type

  • Platform

Helps guide content strategy and programming decisions.


Top Videos

NEW! See which videos are the top performers.

Time Spent Viewing Programme

See which programmes users are spending the most time on.

Most Favourited Programmes

NEW! A deep insight into which programmes are liked by your platform users.

Programmes Tab

Track which programme pages a user has visited:

  • Number of page views

  • Time spent on page

  • Video interactions

  • Assets downloaded

  • Last viewed date

You can export this data as a CSV file.


Users Tab

The Users section provides detailed, user-level insights.

Finding a user

  1. Use the search bar

  2. Click on a user’s name

You’ll then see a full breakdown of their activity.

Overview Information

Quick stats include:

  • Last login

  • Average Monthly Visits (compared to system average)

  • Average Monthly Programme Views

  • Average Monthly Video Views

Perfect for gauging user engagement at a glance.


Videos Tabs

NEW! Gain insights into how your videos are performing, including user engagement and viewing behaviour.

See which videos a user has interacted with:

  • Video name

  • Last viewed date

  • Time spent watching
