Updated this week

The Pages feature allows you to build and manage static pages for your website directly from the CMS. Whether you're publishing updates, informational pages, or landing content, everything can be controlled in one place.

Where to manage Pages

You can access Pages via:
ONE Admin > Content > Pages

There are two tabs:

  • Custom Pages: pages built by you

  • System Pages: pages hard-coded on the platform

Custom Pages

Create a new page

(for creating a new collection, see our support article here)

To create a page:

  1. Click '+ New Page' (top right corner)

  2. Enter your page details

  3. Save and publish when ready

Page setup options

When creating a page, you’ll be asked to complete key information:

Collection

Choose whether to add the page as part of a collection, select from dropdown list.

Page Title

This is the main title of your page. It will automatically generate the URL slug.

Slug (URL)

The slug defines the page URL:

  • Everything after yourwebsitename.com/

  • Automatically generated from the title

  • Can be manually edited if needed

Introduction

A short introduction that appears at the top of your page within the banner (depending on your website design)

Redirect URL

If you want to redirect to an alternative URL, input the URL here

Banner Text Colour

Change the banner text colour here by inputting the colour hex code reference

Publish Date

You can schedule pages to go live automatically:

  • Set a future publish date

  • The page will automatically go live at the scheduled time

If the date is in the future, the page will not be visible on the front end until that date is reached.

Social Media Links

Add social media links to appear within the banner of your page

Checkboxes

Active

Choose whether the page is live or draft

Private

Choose whether you want the page to appear behind a login wall, so only registered users can view the page

Enable Sharing

Choose whether to include sharing links at the bottom of your page

Display in Main/Mega/Footer Navigation

You can choose whether the page appears in your website menu:

  • Enable to show in main/mega/footer navigations

  • Disable to keep it hidden from menus

Regardless of this setting, your page will always remain accessible in the CMS under Pages.

Visibility

Choose whether the page is visible on the website and/or your online app

Editing existing pages

All pages can be updated at any time:

  • Change content

  • Update titles or slugs

  • Adjust publishing settings

  • Modify navigation visibility

Simply open the page from the list and make your changes.

Adding content to pages

Pages are built using content blocks, allowing you to create flexible layouts.

For more information on how content blocks work, see the related article.

System Pages

Within the system pages tab, you can manage system pages hard-coded on the site.

Editing system pages

All pages can be updated at any time:

  • Add content

  • Update titles, slugs, page introductions

  • Manage banner images

Simply click on the 'Actions' menu to open the options to make your changes.

Tips

  • Use clear, SEO-friendly titles for better search visibility

  • Double-check slugs before publishing to avoid broken links

  • Schedule pages in advance for campaigns or launches

  • Keep navigation clean by only showing essential pages in menus

The Pages feature gives you full control over your website content - from creation to scheduling and navigation. With flexible content blocks and easy publishing tools, you can build and manage pages quickly and efficiently without needing technical support.
