Build and customise your pages with flexible content blocks

Written by Support

Content blocks are the building blocks of your pages. They allow you to easily add, edit, organise, and structure content without needing any technical knowledge.

Managing page content

To manage content blocks on a page:

  1. Navigate to ONE Admin > Content > Pages

  2. Find your page

  3. Click Actions > Manage Content

This will open the content editor where you can add and manage blocks.

Adding a new content block

To add a block:

  • Drag and drop your chosen content block from the left-hand panel onto the page

That’s it - your block will appear instantly and be ready to edit.

Editing a content block

To edit an existing block:

  1. Hover over the block you want to update

  2. Click the Edit button that appears

  3. Make your changes

  4. Save or discard changes as needed

Deleting a content block

To remove a block:

  1. Hover over the block

  2. Click the Delete button

  3. Confirm deletion in the pop-up window

Important

  • Deleted content blocks cannot be restored

  • Make sure you’re certain before confirming deletion

Moving content blocks

To reorder your content:

  1. Enable the Reorder toggle

  2. Your blocks will condense into a list view

  3. Drag and drop blocks into your desired order

Previewing blocks

  • Use the visibility icon on the right to preview individual blocks

Using content blocks on other pages

Content blocks aren’t limited to standard pages - you can also:

  • Add them to your catalogue page

  • Display additional content at the bottom of the catalogue

Why use content blocks?

  • Build pages quickly with no coding required

  • Easily update and rearrange content

  • Create flexible, dynamic layouts

  • Maintain consistency across your site

Tips

  • Plan your page structure before adding blocks

  • Use reorder to keep content flowing logically

  • Preview blocks regularly to check layout and formatting

  • Avoid deleting blocks unless necessary - edits are often safer
