Collection pages allow you to group multiple pages into one category or section like 'Summer Catalogue'.

To make a collection first navigate to ONE Admin > Content Management > Pages

From here you can create a new collection using the '+ New Collection' button in the top right of the page

Then simply fill out the information in the modal, you can also set the ordering of the pages here to Manual, A-Z or Date Added.

Once the collection has been created you can add pages by clicking on the 'Actions' button next to the collection

Now you're done! Just make sure you've ticked the correct boxes to ensure it displays on your site how you want

Adding a collection within a collection

Until now, pages in the CMS could only live one level deep — under a single collection. You can now nest collections within collections, making it easier to organise your content in a more flexible, intuitive way.

When you create a new collection, or manage an existing collection, you’ll now be able to add a sub-collection right below your main collection.

Simple go to 'Actions' next to your collection > 'Add New Collection'

If a collection is sitting inside another, you can choose whether it shows up in the parent collection block on the webpage.

Pages and collections now display exactly where they belong, and the URL structure reflects that.

Adding the content blocks to parent collection pages

To add the content blocks to parent collection pages first:

1) Click on the 'Actions' button next to a collections page and select

'Manage Content'.

2) The screen will navigate to Manage Content for Collections page

which will display all the content blocks that are available and can

be added.

3) Select and drag and drop the content block from the list to add content

to collection pages.

4) Any content block that has been added will appear on the front end of the

website

Restricting sub pages from displaying on the front end

1) Select the subpage you would like to hide on the front end.

2) Click on the 'Actions' button next to it and select 'Edit'.

3) On the Edit page, un-select the ‘Display on Collection Page’ option.

4) The sub page cards will not be displayed on the collections front end once

the ‘Display on Collection Page’ has been un-ticked.
