Organise your content into powerful, structured sections

Written by Support

Collection Pages allow you to group multiple pages together under a single category - perfect for creating curated sections or themed content hubs.

What are Collection Pages?

Collections act as containers for pages, helping you:

  • Organise content into logical sections

  • Improve navigation for users

  • Create curated experiences across your site

Creating a Collection

To create a new collection:

  1. Navigate to ONE Admin > Content > Pages

  2. Click ‘+ New Collection’ (top right)

  3. Fill in the required details

  4. Choose how pages are ordered:

    • Manual

    • A–Z

    • Date Added

  5. Select how many collection cards you want to display per row, in the collection block displayed on the collection page

  6. Enter social details if required

  7. Fill in required checkboxes

Once saved, your collection is ready to go

Adding pages to a Collection

To add pages:

  1. Click ‘Actions’ next to your collection

  2. Select 'Add New Page'

Nesting Collections (Sub-Collections)

You can now create collections within collections, giving you more flexibility when structuring content.

To add a sub-collection:

  1. Click ‘Actions’ next to your collection

  2. Select ‘Add New Collection’

  3. Configure your sub-collection

Key benefits:

  • Create multi-level content structures

  • Build more intuitive navigation

  • Reflect hierarchy in your URLs automatically

You can also choose whether sub-collections appear within the parent collection on the front end.

Adding content to Collection Pages

Collection pages support content blocks, just like standard pages.

To add content blocks:

  1. Click ‘Actions’ next to the collection

  2. Select ‘Manage Content’

  3. Drag and drop content blocks onto the page

  4. Save your changes

These blocks will appear on the front end, enhancing your collection layout.

Controlling what appears on the Collection page

You can choose whether specific pages appear within a collection.

To hide a sub-page:

  1. Click ‘Actions’ next to the page

  2. Select ‘Edit’

  3. Untick ‘Display on Collection Page’ which appears below the visibility options

  4. Save changes

The page will still exist, but won’t display in the collection view.

Tips

  • Use collections to group related content (e.g. genres, campaigns, seasons)

  • Take advantage of sub-collections for deeper organisation

  • Use content blocks to enhance collection pages visually

  • Keep navigation clean by hiding unnecessary sub-pages

Collection Pages help you organise and present your content in a structured, user-friendly way. With support for nested collections, flexible ordering, and content blocks, you can build rich content hubs that are easy to navigate and maintain.
