Managing users within companies

Companies are directly linked to users. Before deleting a company:

  • Delete those users from the system

This ensures data integrity and prevents broken associations.

Tips

  • Keep company names consistent for better reporting

  • Regularly review companies to remove unused or outdated entries

  • Use companies alongside groups and roles for more powerful permission control

  • Plan your company structure early to avoid rework later

Companies help you organise external users and manage access more effectively. By grouping users under businesses, you gain better control, clearer reporting, and a more scalable way to manage your platform.
