Updated over a week ago

Production Companies allow you to associate programmes with the companies behind them, giving users valuable context about who created the content.

You can manage production companies from:
โ€‹ONE Admin > Programme Management > Production Companies

What you can do from the Production Companies screen

  • Add a new production company

  • Edit an existing production company

  • Delete a production company

Adding a new production company

  1. Click + New Production Company

  2. Enter the name of the production company

  3. Click Save Production Company

Your new production company is now available to assign to programmes.

Editing a production company

  1. Click Actions > Edit next to the production company

  2. Update the name as needed

  3. Click Save Production Company

Changes will automatically update wherever the production company is used.

Deleting a production company

  1. Click Actions > Delete next to the production company

  2. A confirmation warning will appear

  3. Confirm to delete

Once deleted, a production company cannot be restored, so ensure itโ€™s no longer needed before removing.

Changing the order of production companies on a programme

You can control the order in which production companies appear on a programme page โ€” ideal when multiple companies are involved.

How to reorder production companies

  1. Go to ONE Admin > Programme Management

  2. Select the programme you want to update

  3. Click Actions > Manage Production Companies

  4. Click and drag a company name to reorder it

The updated order will be reflected on the programme page.

Tips

  • Use consistent naming
Ensure production company names are entered consistently to avoid duplicates.

  • Order strategically
Place the primary or most important production company first for clarity.

  • Review before deleting
Check whether a company is still assigned to programmes before removing it.

  • Keep data clean
Regularly review your list to remove duplicates or outdated entries.
