Sharing a List is already a powerful way to collaborate and present content - now it’s even better. With Programme PDFs included in list share emails, you can provide richer, more complete information in a single send.
What’s included?
With this feature enabled, you can:
Attach programme PDFs (brochures) directly to list share emails
Send everything in one place - videos, details, and supporting documents
How it works
To get started:
Go to Menu > My Account > Lists
Click 'Share List' via the 'List Actions' menu
In the review pop-up, look for the option to include PDFs
Tick the checkbox to attach the programme PDF
Send your list as usual
That’s it - your PDFs will be included in the email automatically.

Smart handling for multiple items
If your list includes multiple items from the same programme (e.g. episodes, seasons, videos):
The programme PDF will be attached to each relevant item in the email
You only need to tick the checkbox once
