Adding a PDF to display on a programme page

You can easily upload a PDF to appear on a programme page, giving users quick access to supporting documents such as brochures, schedules, or additional information.

The PDF will display just above the programme description on the front end.


How to add a PDF to a programme page

To upload a PDF:

  1. Navigate to ONE Admin > Catalogue > Programmes

  2. Find the programme you want to update

  3. Click Actions > Edit


Uploading your PDF

Once inside the programme edit screen:

  1. Scroll down to the PDF Upload section

  2. Click 'Select PDF'

  3. Upload your file (must be in PDF format)

  4. Save your changes


What happens next?

Once uploaded and saved:

  • The PDF will appear on the front end of the programme page

  • It will display above the programme description

  • Users will be able to view or download the document


Important notes

  • Only PDF files are supported

  • Ensure your file is correctly formatted before uploading

  • Large files may take slightly longer to upload or display


Tips

  • Use clear file names (e.g. 'Programme Guide 2026.pdf')

  • Keep PDFs up to date when programme details change

  • Use PDFs for supplementary content like schedules, brochures, or guides

  • Test the front-end display after uploading
