Written by Support

The List Search feature makes it quick and easy to locate specific lists within your account - no more endless scrolling or manual searching.

What is List Search?

List Search is a built-in search bar within the Lists section that helps you instantly filter and find lists by name.

Previously, users had to rely on browser search (like Command + F), which only worked on the visible page. Now, with List Search, you can search across your lists much more efficiently.

Where to find List Search

  1. Navigate to Menu > My Account > Lists

  2. Select either:

    • My Lists

    • Global Lists

  3. At the top of the page, you’ll see the search bar

How to use it

  1. Click into the search bar

  2. Start typing the name of your list

  3. The results will automatically filter as you type

It’s that simple - no need to press enter!

What does it search?

  • Matches list names only

  • Does not search for programmes or content inside lists

Why it’s useful

  • Quickly locate lists in large collections

  • Save time navigating between pages

  • Easily switch between personal and global lists

Tips

  • Use clear, descriptive names when creating lists to make searching easier

  • Keep naming consistent across your lists

  • Use keywords you’ll remember later

The List Search feature is a simple but powerful tool that helps you stay organised and efficient. With instant filtering and improved accessibility, finding the right list has never been easier.
