Enhance your programme pages by adding images directly into the description field. This is a great way to make your content more visually engaging and informative for users.
Before You Start

How to Add an Image to the Description
You can add images using the built-in WYSIWYG editor within the programme edit form.
Step 1: Open the Programme Editor
Go to ONE Admin
Navigate to Programme Management > Programmes
Find the programme you want to update
Click Actions
Select Edit
Step 2: Locate the Description Field
Scroll down to the Description text box.
Step 3: Insert an Image
Within the description editor, you’ll see a range of formatting tools, including:
To add an image:
Click the image icon
Select an image file from your computer
Upload and insert it into the description field
Final Checks
Once your image has been added:
Preview your programme page
Check that the image displays correctly
Ensure the size and positioning look right alongside your text
Tip:
Use images to break up text and highlight key information, but avoid overcrowding the description for the best user experience.
