Enhance your programme pages by adding images directly into the description field. This is a great way to make your content more visually engaging and informative for users.


Before You Start

If you haven’t created a programme yet, please refer to our guide on adding programmes.


How to Add an Image to the Description

You can add images using the built-in WYSIWYG editor within the programme edit form.

Step 1: Open the Programme Editor

  1. Go to ONE Admin

  2. Navigate to Programme Management > Programmes

  3. Find the programme you want to update

  4. Click Actions

  5. Select Edit


Step 2: Locate the Description Field

Scroll down to the Description text box.


Step 3: Insert an Image

Within the description editor, you’ll see a range of formatting tools, including:

  • Text styles

  • Buttons

  • Bullet points

  • Links

  • Image icon

To add an image:

  1. Click the image icon

  2. Select an image file from your computer

  3. Upload and insert it into the description field


Final Checks

Once your image has been added:

  • Preview your programme page

  • Check that the image displays correctly

  • Ensure the size and positioning look right alongside your text


Tip:

  • Use images to break up text and highlight key information, but avoid overcrowding the description for the best user experience.
