The Regions feature allows you to assign users to specific geographic areas, helping you better organise your user base alongside territories.
It’s a simple but powerful way to enhance user segmentation, reporting, and access control.
What are Regions used for?
Regions can be added to the registration form, allowing you to:
Assign a geographic region to a user
Group users more effectively
Support reporting and filtering
Complement territory-based organisation
Where to manage Regions
Navigate to:
ONE Admin > Users > Meta > Regions
This is where you can create and manage all available regions.
Add a new Region
To create a region:
Click '+ Add Region' (top right corner)
Enter the region name in the pop-up modal
Click Save
Your new region will now be available to assign to users.
Assigning Regions during user approval
You can assign or update a user’s region when reviewing their registration.
Navigate to:
ONE Admin > Users > Approvals
Then:
Select a user in the Pending tab
Click 'Review Application'
Scroll to the Regions field
Select the appropriate region from the dropdown
Click Approve
The user will now be assigned to that region.
