The Teams feature allows you to create a dedicated, dynamic page to showcase your organisation’s staff. You can group people by departments and regions, helping users easily understand your team structure.

This page is fully managed in the CMS and automatically reflects changes on the front end of your website.


What is the Teams feature?

Teams is a dynamically generated page that lets you:

  • Showcase staff profiles on your website

  • Group team members by department and region

  • Keep content updated directly through the CMS

  • Provide users with filterable, easy-to-browse team information


Where to manage Teams

Navigate to:
ONE Admin > Users > Meta > Teams

From here, you can manage everything related to your Teams page.


What you can manage

Inside the Teams section, you’ll find three key tabs:

  • Members

  • Departments

  • Regions


Members

The Members section is where you create and manage individual team profiles.

Add a new team member

  1. Click 'Add Member'

  2. Enter the member’s details

  3. Save the profile

Member details include:

  • Name

  • Bio

  • Department

  • Region

  • Profile image

You can edit these at any time by clicking Actions next to a member.


Departments

Departments allow you to structure your team logically (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Production).

Manage departments

  1. Go to the Departments tab

  2. Create or edit departments as needed

  3. Assign departments to team members in the Members section

This helps users filter and understand your organisation structure more clearly.


Regions

Regions allow you to further categorise team members geographically.

Manage regions

  1. Go to the Regions tab

  2. Create or edit regions

  3. Assign regions to individual team members

This works alongside departments to give users more flexible filtering options.


Managing your Teams page

Manage your Teams page:

  • Use the Actions button (top right) to edit, manage image and manage meta data

  • You can also access this via ONE Admin > Content > Pages > System Pages > Team


What users see on the front end

Once published, users can:

  • View your full team directory

  • Filter team members by Department

  • Filter team members by Region

  • Click individual profile cards to view more detailed information


Managing updates

Your Team Members page is fully dynamic:

  • Add or edit members anytime in the CMS

  • Changes update automatically on the website

  • Keep content fresh without needing development support


Tips

  • Use clear, consistent department names for easier filtering

  • Add high-quality images to improve engagement

  • Keep bios short and relevant for better readability

  • Regularly update team members as your organisation evolves


Team Members gives you a simple, flexible way to showcase your organisation’s people. With structured departments, regions, and dynamic CMS control, you can keep your team page accurate, engaging, and easy to navigate.
