The Videos section in ONE Admin provides a simple, centralised view of all video content across your platform.
It’s the quickest way to check what videos are available, where they’re used, and whether they’re restricted or publicly accessible.
How to access the Videos screen
Go to ONE Admin > Programme Management > Videos
From here, you’ll see a list of all videos across your site.
What you can do in the Videos section
Filter by programme
Easily narrow down results by selecting a specific programme.
This will display all videos associated with that programme.
Filter by access level
Quickly identify which videos are:
Restricted
Unrestricted (public)
This is especially useful for reviewing access permissions across your content.
Navigate to video management
Each video entry includes links that take you directly to where that video is managed in the CMS.
For example:
Clicking a season link will take you to the Manage Season Videos screen for that season
This makes it easy to jump straight into editing or updating content.
Preview videos
Click the View link to watch the video directly from the admin area — perfect for quick checks or reviews.
