The Territories feature allows you to group users by geographic areas while linking those territories directly to Sales Coordinators and Account Managers. This creates a powerful structure for managing relationships, reporting, and ownership across your platform.
What are Territories?
Territories help you:
Assign users to specific geographic areas
Link territories to Sales Coordinators and Account Managers
Improve reporting, filtering, and segmentation
Add structure to your user management strategy

Each Territory can be associated with:
Sales Coordinators
Account Managers
This allows you to:
Clearly define ownership of users or accounts
Route enquiries and communications to the right people
Support regional sales strategies
Improve internal visibility and accountability
Where to manage Territories
Navigate to:
ONE Admin > Users > Meta > Territories
This is your central hub to:
Create new territories
Edit existing ones
Add a new Territory
To create a territory:
Click ‘+ Add Territory’ (top right corner)
Enter the territory name in the modal
Click Save
Your new territory will now be available across the platform.
Assigning Territories to users
You can assign territories during the user approval process:
Navigate to:
ONE Admin > Users
Then:
Select Actions > Manage Territories
Assign territories to the user
Save
The user will now be linked to that territory.

This ensures territory data is captured and maintained throughout the user lifecycle.
Tips
Use clear, consistent naming (e.g. EMEA, APAC, North America)
Align territories with your internal sales structure
