The Highlights page on the app is the same for each user on the app and are managed on the website. You are now able to manage the banner text yourselves!

Navigate to ONE Admin > App Management > Highlights

To update your banner text, you must first make sure that you have 'Layout 2 - Collection View' as your selected page layout.

To ensure that the 'Banner Placeholder Copy' text box appears, no programmes should be visible in the banner carousel:

You will now see an additional option to manage your banner placeholder copy. Add your desired text and re-sync the app to view the updated text within the banner 🙌
