The Bulk Actions feature is designed to save you time by allowing you to manage multiple users at once. Whether you're organising users or assigning Account Managers, Bulk Actions makes large updates quick and efficient.


What is Bulk Actions?

Bulk Actions lets you:

  • Select multiple users at once

  • Apply changes across all selected users

  • Quickly assign or re-assign Account Managers

It works alongside features like Groups, helping you streamline user management at scale.


Where to find Bulk Actions

Navigate to:
​ONE Admin > Users


How to use Bulk Actions

1. Enable Bulk Actions

  • Toggle 'Bulk Actions' on

  • Selection checkboxes will appear next to users

2. Select users

  • Choose the users you want to update

  • You can select as many users as needed

3. Apply an action

  • Click the Bulk Actions dropdown

  • Select 'Assign Account Manager'

4. Assign an Account Manager or Add to Group

  • A modal will appear

  • Search for and select your desired Account Manager or Group

  • Confirm your selection

5. Confirmation

  • The modal will close

  • A notification will appear confirming the update

Your selected users are now assigned to the chosen Account Manager/Group

You can also use this to bulk delete users.


Tips

  • Double-check your selected users before applying changes

  • Use filters to narrow down users before bulk selecting

  • Combine with Groups for even more powerful user management

  • Make updates in batches to avoid mistakes
