Bulk Actions is a great way to organiser users and bulk assign permissions. The Groups feature allows you to create a group, add users to the group then assign permissions to that group. For more information on the Groups feature, check out the linked support article here.

You can now also user Bulk Actions to assign/re-assign Account Managers.

ONE Admin > Admin > Users

With the 'Bulk Actions' toggled you can select multiple users:

Once you have selected your users, you will be able to select the 'Bulk Actions' dropdown selection:

Once 'Assign Account Manager' has been selected, a new modal will appear where you can search for your desired account manager to assign your users to:

When this has been actioned, the modal will close and a notification will appear to let you know that the users have been assigned to a specific Account Manager.
