The Account Navigation feature gives you the ability to add and arrange the navigation bar on the 'My Account' page.
When you have this feature enabled, head to ONE Admin > Content Management > Navigation. Then select the 'Account Navigation' tab where you can then drag and drop your pages in the account section to your desired order.
