The one-time download feature gives you the option to send a download link to someone which can only be used once.
To generate the one-time link, navigate to ONE Admin > Programme Management > Videos and select 'Generate one-time download' from the 'Actions' menu.
You will then be able to 'Copy' the link to send to someone.
Once this link has been used once, it will expire ( a click counts as a use of the link - there is no way of checking that the download has completed on the users side).
There is a page in the CMS ONE Admin > Programme Management > Video download links where you can view all links that have been generated.
From here, you can Disable Link which will instantly expire a link (e.g. if it has been sent out to someone and you need to revoke access, click Disable Link and the link will no longer work).
