The virtual screening room is a feature that allows you to host virtual meetings in a video conferencing environment with clients and showcase your content in real time.
To create a Virtual meeting firstly navigate to Meetings on the front end of the website (you must be an internal user to do this)
From here, click on a meeting slot and create a new meeting, as you normally would to create a meeting.
Once you're in the 'create new meeting page' fill out the details and as you scroll to the bottom you'll see the option to 'Make meeting virtual' 👇 (you also have a toggle that allows you to switch messaging during the meeting on or off)
Make sure to tick the 'send invite' box next to the attendees. This will send them an invite link for them to join the meeting
The recipient will receive an email with a link to join a meeting, see example below
Once the recipient follows the link to you website, they'll be prompted to enter their name and join the meeting
The attendee will then be taken to the 'Join meeting' screen. When they're ready, they can enter the meeting!
Once in a meeting the host can control what content is played. The can pause, play and switch between other programmes within the website including asset materials so you're not just limited to the list that you attach to the meeting.

Video conferencing is also available! As attendees join the virtual meeting they'll be displaying and can talk with the host and other attendees. While a video is playing attendees will be muted until the host stops streaming but all members of the meeting can still message using the messaging functionality
