The Asset Access Report lets you see who has access to which assets and which assets can be seen by whom.

ONE Admin > Asset Management > Assets Access

When landing on the reports page you have the option to search by user, company, groups or by restricted asset.
Selecting the required filter on the left, you can then start typing in the right hand box and the auto complete results will start to show up as you type.

Search by user

Searching by user will reveal all restricted assets they have access to. It is also possible to filter the results by programme and category if you wish. This report shows only the restricted assets they have access to. The user is able to see all unrestricted assets which aren't shown here.

It is also possible to export these results to CSV by clicking the 'Save as CSV' button.

Search by company

Just like the user report, you can search by company access to see which companies can see restricted assets. This shows where a company permission has been applied to an asset. If the permission to the asset is applied via the user then it will not show up in this report.

As above, it is possible to filter the results by programme and category if you wish.

It is also possible to export these results to CSV by clicking the 'Save as CSV' button.

Search by restricted assets

It is possible to search by a specific asset to see who can access it. You must enter the name you have given the asset in the search box here. This is only available for restricted assets, if an asset is unrestricted, it will not show in this report. This will list all users who can see the specific asset regardless of how the permission has been applied (via the company or user).

It is also possible to export these results to CSV by clicking the 'Save as CSV' button.

NOTE: It is important to name each of your assets with a useful name because searching here uses the name you have applied. If they are all called the same thing then it will be difficult to run this report.
