This screen is where you manage access to each asset. Depending on the initial configuration setup during the build of your site, assets will either be restricted or unrestricted by default.
If they are unrestricted by default then as soon as an asset is added to the site, all users will be able to see it until you set it as restricted.
If they are restricted by default then no user will see an asset until you grant them permission via this method.

Use the search box on the top right of the page to find the programme that the asset belongs to. Select the programme from the dropdown that appears.

Once the programme is shown, you can then search and filter for the asset by season and category. Alternatively you can select all seasons and all categories to show all assets assigned to that programme.

To grant permission to a particular asset, you must select the asset or multiple assets and click the manage permissions button that appears at the bottom of the page.

Clicking this button opens up a window. To add an individual user, click the individuals tab and begin searching the name by typing into the search box. To add permissions to a user, simply click the checkbox next to their name. You can add multiple users at this screen. It is also possible to deselect users from this screen to remove the permission.

Click the 'save permissions' button once you have added the required individuals.

To grant permission to a particular asset, you must select the asset or multiple assets and click the manage permissions button that appears at the bottom of the page.

Clicking this button opens up a window. To add a company, click the companies tab and begin searching for the company name. You can check single or multiple companies to grant them access. To remove access from a company, you can deselect the company. Adding a company will grant access to ALL users assigned to that company access to the asset.

Click the 'save permissions' button once you have added the required companies.
