The Announcements feature allows you to quickly communicate important updates to your users across web and mobile.
It is available to all clients and can be accessed via the CMS by users with the appropriate notifications permissions.

Accessing Announcements
To access the feature:
Navigate to: ONE Admin > Communication > Announcements
From here you can:
View all existing announcements
Create new announcements
Review delivery details
Creating an Announcement
To create a new announcement:
Click + Add Announcement (top right corner)
Complete the required fields
Configure audience, delivery, and content settings
Selecting Your Audience
Choose who will receive the announcement:
All users
Selected users, companies, or groups
If you choose Selected users, companies, or groups, additional dropdowns will appear to refine your selection.
Additional filtering:
Internal users only
External users only
You can combine filters. For example, you can target:
Specific users
A company
A group
And further restrict by internal/external user type
Announcement Delivery Methods
You can select one or more delivery channels:
Inbox Notification
Displays in the website header as a notification
Includes message and a link
Email
Sent directly to the user’s email addressWebsite Popup
Appears when the user next visits the siteDisplays once only
Disappears after being clicked or closed
Push Notification (Online App)
Sent to the user’s device (if supported)Requires:
App installed
Push notifications enabled
Note: Users can disable certain delivery methods (e.g. email or inbox) in their notification preferences.

View previously created announcements
Review recipients and delivery methods

Audience Relationships
Announcements support the following relationships:
Users
Companies
Groups
These can be combined. For example:
3 users + 1 company + 1 group = all included recipients
User Type Filtering
Filter by internal or external users
Can be used independently or alongside audience relationships
