The Visibility feature gives you greater control over how your content is displayed across the ONE platform. You can decide whether programmes, videos, and lists appear on the web, online app, or offline app - helping improve performance, reduce sync times, and tailor user experiences.
Why visibility matters
Managing visibility helps you:
Control where content is shown (web, online app, offline app)
Improve syncing performance between platforms
Deliver a more relevant experience for users

Programme Visibility
Programme visibility controls where your programmes appear across platforms.
To manage programme visibility:
Navigate to ONE Admin > Catalogue > Programmes
Find your programme
Click Actions > Edit
Scroll to the Visibility section
Select your preferred visibility option using the radio buttons
Save your changes
What you can control:
Web visibility
Online app visibility
Offline app visibility (if enabled)
Tip
You can export a CSV of programmes to review visibility settings in bulk. If you need bulk updates, your support team can assist.
Video Visibility
Video visibility works in the same way as programme visibility, but applies at individual video level.
To manage video visibility:
Go to ONE Admin > Programme Management > Videos
Select the video
Click Actions > Edit
Locate the Visibility options below Public/Restricted settings
Choose where the video should appear
Save your changes
What you can control:
Web
Online app
Offline app
List Visibility
Lists now also include visibility controls, allowing you to manage where they appear.
Important notes:
Anyone can manage visibility for personal lists
Only Admins (or users with Manage Lists permission) can manage Global Lists
To manage list visibility:
Open the list
Click List Actions > Edit List
Select your visibility options
Click Update List
App sync visibility
You can also quickly manage offline app syncing:
View a summary of how many lists will sync
Use toggles directly on the list page to control syncing
