What is the Pitch info tab and how does it work?

The Pitch Info tab is a dedicated space within your programme pages for internal and sales information.

When content is added here:

  • It is visible on the front end of your site

  • It is only accessible to internal users

  • It also appears in the app

This makes it ideal for sharing pitch notes, sales information, or internal highlights with your team while keeping it separate from the public programme description.

How to add content to the Pitch Info tab

  1. Go to ONE Admin > Programme Management > Programmes

  2. Find the programme you want to update

  3. Click Actions > Edit

  4. Scroll down the edit form until you see the Pitch Info editor (just below the description field)

  5. Add your content using the WYSIWYG editor

You can include:

  • Text and headings

  • Buttons and links

  • Images and formatting

  1. Save your changes

Once content is added, the Pitch Info tab will appear on the programme page for internal users.

Key points to remember

  • Tab visibility:
If no information is entered, the Pitch Info tab will not appear on the programme page.

  • Customisation:
The WYSIWYG editor allows you to style content just like the main description — including images, buttons, and formatted text.

  • App visibility:
Pitch Info content is also accessible within the app for internal teams.

Tips:

  • Use it for sales and pitching
Include key points, season highlights, or talking points for your team.

  • Keep content clear and structured
Use headings, bullet points, and formatting to make it easy for internal users to read quickly.

  • Integrate with imports
If you’d like this field connected to your existing data imports, your Account Manager can help set it up.

  • Update regularly
Refresh this content when new seasons launch, or when there are key updates for your internal team.
