You can now attach a single PDF to a series (season), making it easy to present additional sales material directly within both the website and the app.

Why use a Series PDF?
Adding a PDF at series level allows you to:
Provide context across an entire season
Keep materials organised beyond individual programmes
Ensure easy access during meetings and events
Ideal for markets like MIP where quick, polished presentations matter.
How to add a Series PDF
Step 1: Navigate to your series
Go to ONE Admin
Click Catalogue
Select Series/Seasons
Click Edit under Actions for your chosen series
Step 2: Upload your PDF
Once you're in the Series Edit page:
Scroll to the PDF Upload section
Click Select PDF
Upload your file
Important:
Only PDF files are supported
You can upload one PDF per series
Step 3: (Optional) Add a PDF name
You can also enter a PDF Name, which will appear on the website.
If left blank → the filename will be used by default
Use a clear label like “Series Overview” or “Sales Deck”
Step 4: Save your changes
Once uploaded, save the series to apply the update.

To view the PDF in the app:
Sync Data
The PDF is included as part of the Image & PDF sync process.
Once synced:
Navigate to the series in the app
Tap the PDF icon to open and view
