How to set up Google Analytics
To connect GA to your platform:
Navigate to ONE Admin > Settings > Site Configuration > General
Locate the fields for:
Google Analytics ID
Google Tag Manager ID (if applicable)
Enter your IDs
Save your changes
Once saved, tracking will begin automatically
When will data appear?
Data may take up to 48 hours to appear in your Google Analytics account
After this, you’ll start seeing insights into user activity and engagement
Important update
ONE supports the latest Google Analytics IDs starting with 'G-' (GA4)
Older IDs starting with 'UA-' are still accepted, but:
These are no longer supported by Google (since July 2023)
It’s recommended to switch to GA4 if you haven’t already
