The config page within the CMS allows you to customise multiple settings within your ONE platform.

To get to the config page first navigate to ONE Admin > Config. The General page allows you to configure settings for and input your Google Analytics ID to track all activity on your site.

Once you have input your GA ID and Google Tag Manager ID, this will now start tracking in your GA account (please allow 48 hours for this to start appearing).

If you are happy to let us have access to your GA account, please let your Account Manager know and we can work with you to monitor and analyse your data.

ONE has now implemented a tracking code which supports the new Google ID's which start with 'G'. The old ID's (starting with 'UA') are still supported, but you may wish to take a look at your Google Analytics account as these will no longer be supported from July 2023.
