The One-Time Download feature lets you generate a single-use download link for a video.
Once the link has been used, it automatically expires, giving you a secure way to share content with someone temporarily without worrying about further access.
How it works
Navigate to:
ONE Admin > Programme Management > VideosFind the video you want to share
Click Actions > Generate one-time download
Copy the link and send it to your recipient
Each click counts as a use. Once clicked, the link expires immediately.
There’s no way to confirm if the recipient completed the download, only that the link was accessed.
Managing your one-time download links
Go to: ONE Admin > Programme Management > Video Download Links
Here you can:
View all generated links
Disable a link – instantly expire a link if you need to revoke access before it’s used
This ensures you maintain full control over shared content.
