There is now a new option within 'Roles' to allow more secure management of permission controls.

Admin > Roles there is now a new section called 'Users and Role Management'. Within here there is the option to add 'manage permission override' to a role.

If a user has a role with this feature they are able to manage the 'all_programmes_access' and 'all_videos_access' (within the user edit form). More details on this functionality are explained here.

Previously, this control was available to any user that could manage users within the CMS, this new permission allows you to have more finite control within user management, specifically overriding individual restrictions for programmes, seasons, episodes and videos.
