The Video Export CSV feature allows you to download a full list of videos from the CMS. This is ideal for reporting, auditing, and managing your video library outside of the platform.
Where to export videos from
Navigate to:
ONE Admin > Catalogue > Programmes > Videos
Here you’ll see your full video library
Exporting your video list
To export videos:
Click 'Export # Videos (.csv) in the top right corner
A modal will appear showing export progress
Wait for the progress bar to complete
Once finished:
Click 'Download file'
Your video data will download as a .csv file
You can open this file in Excel or any spreadsheet tool for further analysis.
