The Draft & Publish Content Blocks feature gives you greater control when creating and editing pages. It allows you to work on content behind the scenes without it being visible to your users - making page customisation smoother, safer, and more flexible.
What is Draft & Publish?
This feature lets you choose whether a content block is:
Published – visible on the live website
Draft – hidden from users while you work on it
Perfect for building pages gradually or testing content before it goes live.
Getting started
To begin:
Navigate to an existing page or create a new one
Drag a content block into your page layout
Configure your content as needed
Once added, you’ll see two options on the block:
Draft
Published
How it works
Published content
Selecting Published makes the block live on your site
It will appear to all users as part of the page
Draft content
Selecting Draft keeps the block hidden from the front end
The content is saved and can be edited at any time
Ideal for work-in-progress updates
Previewing draft content
Admins (or users with the correct permissions) can preview draft content directly on the front end.
When enabled:
Only visible to authorised users
Completely hidden from all other users
This allows you to review changes in context before publishing.
