Want to showcase your content in more curated, meaningful ways? Custom Catalogues lets you do exactly that.

This feature allows you to split your main catalogue into smaller, focused catalogues - perfect for highlighting collections like Featured Content, New Releases, or Staff Picks.

Think of it as creating mini catalogues within your platform, each tailored to a specific theme or audience.

Creating a custom catalogue

Ready to build your first custom catalogue? Follow these steps:

  1. Go to ONE Admin > Programme Management > Catalogues

  2. Click + New Catalogue (top right corner)

  3. Enter a name for your catalogue

  4. Select Display in the main navigation if you want it visible in the menu

  5. Click Create

Your new catalogue will now appear under Custom Catalogues — and, if selected, in your main navigation.

Adding programmes to a custom catalogue

Once your catalogue is created, it’s time to fill it with content:

  1. Navigate to ONE Admin > Programme Management > Catalogues

  2. Select the catalogue you want to update

  3. Click Actions > Manage Programmes

  4. In the modal, search for programmes by name

  5. Select one or multiple programmes

  6. Click Add Programme

That’s it! Your selected programmes will now appear in your custom catalogue.

On the front end, users can browse and filter this catalogue just like the main one.

Adding a banner image

Make your catalogue stand out with a custom banner image

  1. Go to ONE Admin > Programme Management > Catalogues

  2. Select your catalogue

  3. Click Actions > Manage Images

  4. Click Manage Banner

  5. Select Upload Image

  6. Save your changes

A strong banner helps visually define your catalogue and grab users’ attention.

Why use Multiple Catalogues?

Tips:

  • Curate with purpose

  • Don’t overload your navigation
Only display your most important catalogues in the main menu to keep things clean and user-friendly.

  • Keep content fresh
Regularly update your catalogues to keep users coming back for new content.

  • Use strong visuals
A high-quality banner image can make your catalogue feel more premium and clickable.
