What is the My Assets page?
My Assets is a dedicated front-end page that allows users to:
View all assets they have access to
Search for specific asset materials
Filter assets by key categories
Download individual or multiple assets
It acts as a personalised asset library based on user permissions.
Where can users find My Assets?
Once enabled, users can access the page via the main navigation menu on your website.
From there, selecting My Assets will take them directly to their personalised asset dashboard.
How does My Assets work?
Once on the page, users can easily explore their available content using:
Search
Quickly find assets by typing keywords into the search bar.
Filters
Refine results using:
Programmes
Category
Type
Language
This makes it easy to narrow down large asset libraries in seconds.
Downloading assets
Users have two download options:
Individual download
Click on a single asset to download it directly.
Bulk download
Select multiple assets using the 'Select All' checkbox, then download them together.
Perfect for users who need multiple files at once.
