Browser support

Everything you need to know about supported browsers for ONE

Written by Support

To ensure the best possible experience, ONE is built using modern web technologies and follows a clear browser support policy across the platform.

The core ONE system - along with any additional features - adheres to the same browser support standards (unless explicitly stated otherwise).

This means you can expect a consistent experience across supported browsers and devices.

Supported browsers

ONE is optimised for the latest two versions of all major modern browsers, including:

  • Google Chrome

  • Safari

  • Mozilla Firefox

  • Microsoft Edge

Using the latest browser version ensures:

  • Best performance

  • Full feature compatibility

  • Improved security

Internet Explorer support

As of April 2020, support for Internet Explorer 11 has changed:

  • No longer supported for new features

  • Users will see a warning message prompting them to upgrade

While some legacy functionality may still work, we strongly recommend switching to a modern browser.

Fully responsive across devices

ONE is a fully responsive platform, meaning it’s designed to work seamlessly across:

  • Desktop

  • Tablet

  • Mobile

The system is tested across a wide range of:

  • Screen sizes

  • Devices

  • Operating systems

Email support matrix

We send out a number of emails within the ONE system. Every email template built will follow the outlined email support policy unless otherwise stated.

Best practise

For the best experience:

  • Always keep your browser up to date

  • Avoid using unsupported browsers (like IE11)

  • Test across devices if showcasing content externally

ONE is built for modern browsing - supporting the latest versions of all major browsers while delivering a smooth, responsive experience across devices.

Upgrading your browser ensures you get the most out of the platform.
