System Pages

Manage system pages and banners with ease

System Pages are essential, system-generated pages within your site. These pages are hardcoded, meaning they cannot be deleted - but you can customise certain elements, such as banner images, directly within the CMS.


What are System Pages?

System pages are built-in pages that support key areas of your site.

  • Cannot be deleted

  • System-managed

  • Banner images can be updated


How to manage System Pages

To access and update system pages:

  1. Navigate to ONE Admin > Content > Pages

  2. Click on ‘System Pages’ tab

You’ll now see a list of all system pages available to manage.


Updating banner images

You can easily update banner images for system pages:

  1. Click ‘Actions’ next to the page

  2. Select ‘Manage Images’

  3. Click ‘Manage Banner’

  4. Upload and adjust your image using the image cropping tool

  5. Save your changes

Once saved:

  • Your new banner will instantly update on the front end

  • You can revisit and update images at any time


Updating thumbnail images

You can easily update the thumbnail images for system pages too:

  1. Click ‘Actions’ next to the page

  2. Select ‘Manage Images’

  3. Click ‘Select Image’ for the thumbnail image option

  4. Save your changes


Manage Content

You can easily add content where possible, to system pages:

  1. Click ‘Actions’ next to the page

  2. Select ‘Manage Content’

  3. Manage content as per usual!


Tips

  • Use high-quality images for the best visual impact

  • Ensure your banners are correctly cropped for all screen sizes

  • Keep branding consistent across all system pages


System Pages are a core part of your site structure. While they can’t be removed, you now have the flexibility to manage and update banner images directly in the CMS, giving you more control over your site’s appearance without needing support.
