System Pages are essential, system-generated pages within your site. These pages are hardcoded, meaning they cannot be deleted - but you can customise certain elements, such as banner images, directly within the CMS.

How to manage System Pages
To access and update system pages:
Navigate to ONE Admin > Content > Pages
Click on ‘System Pages’ tab
You’ll now see a list of all system pages available to manage.
Updating banner images
You can easily update banner images for system pages:
Click ‘Actions’ next to the page
Select ‘Manage Images’
Click ‘Manage Banner’
Upload and adjust your image using the image cropping tool
Save your changes
Once saved:
Your new banner will instantly update on the front end
You can revisit and update images at any time
Updating thumbnail images
You can easily update the thumbnail images for system pages too:
Click ‘Actions’ next to the page
Select ‘Manage Images’
Click ‘Select Image’ for the thumbnail image option
Save your changes
Manage Content
You can easily add content where possible, to system pages:
Click ‘Actions’ next to the page
Select ‘Manage Content’
Manage content as per usual!

System Pages are a core part of your site structure. While they can’t be removed, you now have the flexibility to manage and update banner images directly in the CMS, giving you more control over your site’s appearance without needing support.
