What are Dynamic Content Blocks?
There are four types of dynamic content blocks available:

Each block pulls in dynamic, personalised data for logged-in users.
How to add a Dynamic Content Block
Navigate to the page or programme you want to edit
Click Actions > Manage Content
Drag and drop your chosen dynamic content block onto the page
Configure the block settings (e.g. title, background)
Save your changes
Continue Watching
Help users pick up right where they left off.
What it does:
Displays recently watched videos
Allows users to resume playback or restart
How to use:
Drag the Continue Watching block onto your page

Recommended Programmes
Show users content tailored to their interests.
What it does:
Displays a personalised list of programmes
Updates dynamically based on user behaviour

Adding images to genres
To enhance your genres visually:
Go to ONE Admin > Catalogue > Meta > Genres
Click Actions > Edit on the parent genre
Select 'Select Image'
Save your changes
Account Manager Block
Connect users directly with their assigned Account Manager.
What it shows:
Account Manager name
Contact details
Email address
Profile image
How to use:
Drag the Account Manager block onto your page
Select a background
Note:
Only shows the assigned Account Manager for that user

Navigate to ONE Admin > Users
Find the Account Manager
Click Actions > Edit
Scroll down and upload an image
