How to access the Config Page

Navigate to:
ONE Admin > Settings > Site Configuration

From here, you’ll find five configuration sections to customise:

General

The General section controls core platform settings, including:

  • Google Analytics ID – track user activity across your site

  • Google Tag Manager ID – track user activity across your site

  • Copyright Text – displayed in the footer

  • Default Registration Email – used when users select “I don’t know” for their account manager

This is your go-to area for essential setup and branding.

Social

The Social section allows you to link your social media accounts.

  • Add your social media URLs

  • Once saved, icons will automatically appear in your site footer

This helps users easily connect with your brand across platforms.

Localisation

The Localisation section lets you customise platform terminology.

For example:

  • Rename 'Programme' to 'Program'

  • Adjust labels to suit your region or audience

These changes will automatically reflect across the front end.

Programmes

The Programmes section controls how your programme pages are structured.

  • Define what information is displayed

  • Configure Series and Episode visibility

This helps tailor how your content is presented to users.

Multilingual

The Multilingual section will appear if you have this configured on your site.

  • Manage languages

  • Control your translations

Speak to your Account Manager for more details.

Tips

  • Double-check your Google Analytics ID to ensure accurate tracking

  • Keep naming consistent when using localisation settings

  • Regularly review social links to ensure they’re up to date

  • Test video provider integrations after setup
