Make your sales material instantly accessible on the App

Written by Support

Want to showcase brochures, one-pagers, or sales decks directly in the app? You can attach a single PDF to each programme, making it easy for your team (and buyers) to view key materials on the go.

Why use PDFs in the app?

Adding a PDF allows you to:

  • Share sales material alongside your content

  • Keep everything in one place during meetings

  • Give offline access to important documents

Perfect for events like MIP where quick access is essential.

Step 1: Navigate to the programme

To get started:

  1. Go to ONE Admin

  2. Click Catalogue

  3. Select Programmes

  4. Find your chosen programme

  5. Click Edit in the Actions menu

Step 2: Upload your PDF

Once you're in the programme edit page:

  1. Scroll down to PDF Upload

  2. Click Select PDF

  3. Upload your file

Step 3: Sync your app

After uploading your PDF in the CMS, you’ll need to sync your app for it to appear.

Make sure to:

  • Sync Data

  • Then sync Images

This ensures the PDF icon displays correctly in the app.
