Updated yesterday

Managing your series is simple and flexible, allowing you to organise seasons, episodes, and permissions all in one place.

Accessing Series Management

There are two ways to manage a series within ONE Admin:

Option 1: From the Series section

  1. Navigate to ONE Admin > Programme Management > Series

  2. Select the series you want to manage > Actions > Edit

Option 2: From a programme

  1. Go to Programme Management > Programmes

  2. Select the programme linked to your series

  3. Click Actions > Manage Series

This is a quick way to jump straight into managing a specific series.

Managing seasons

Within a series, you can easily create and update seasons:

  • Click + New Season to add a new season

  • Use the Actions dropdown on an existing season to edit it

Managing episodes and videos

Each season gives you further control over its content:

  • Manage Episodes – Add, edit, and organise episodes within the season

  • Manage Season Videos – Upload or update video content linked to the season

This structure helps keep your content organised and easy to navigate for users.

Managing permissions

You can control who has access to your series content by setting permissions at the season level:

  • Restrict access by company

  • Restrict access by individual users

This is especially useful for managing private, exclusive, or staged content releases.

Why use Series Management?

  • Keep content organised into clear seasons and episodes

  • Easily update and maintain video content

  • Control access for different audiences

  • Streamline content management from one central location

Tips:

  • Plan your structure first
Set up your seasons before adding episodes to keep everything organised from the start.

  • Use clear naming conventions
Consistent season and episode naming makes navigation easier for both admins and users.

  • Check permissions carefully
If content isn’t visible to users, permissions are often the reason β€” double-check your settings.

  • Keep content updated
Regularly review and update episodes and videos to ensure your series stays fresh and relevant.
