Copy Permissions

Quickly replicate access across users and groups

The Copy Permissions feature allows you to duplicate access settings from one user, group, or company to another - saving time and ensuring consistency across your platform.


Where to find Copy Permissions

Navigate to:
​ONE Admin > Users > Permissions


How to copy permissions

  1. Select the source (who you want to copy permissions from):

    • User

    • Company

    • Group

  2. Select the destination (who you want to copy permissions to):

    • User

    • Company

    • Group

  3. Confirm the action

The selected permissions will now be applied to the destination


Important to know

  • Permissions are copied exactly as they are

  • This action will overwrite any existing permissions for the destination

Example

If:

  • User/Company A has access to Programmes A, B, and C

And you copy those permissions to:

  • User/Company B

Then:

  • User/Company B will now have access to Programmes A, B, and C

  • Any previous permissions assigned to User/Company B will be replaced
