What are Catalogue Releases?
Catalogue Releases let you create named groups of programmes that are released at the same time.
For example:
March 2021 Release
Spring Highlights
New Season Launch
These grouped releases can then be used as a filter in your catalogue, helping users quickly find related content.
How does it work?
Create a Catalogue Release
A new Catalogue Release resource is available in ONE Admin > Catalogue > Programmes > Catalogue Releases, where you can:
Add a name (e.g. 'March 2026')
Assign related programmes
It’s designed to be simple and easy to manage.
Assign programmes to a release
You can assign Catalogue Releases to:
Programmes
Series
Episodes
Programmes can be assigned to multiple releases, allowing for flexible categorisation.
Store key release information
Each Catalogue Release can include:
A release name/title
A release date
Note: Only global releases should be stored - avoid using this feature for temporary or internal releases.
How does it appear for users?
Once configured:
Users can filter the catalogue by Catalogue Release
This makes it easy to explore content tied to specific launches or campaigns
