List Shares

Track every shared list in one place

The List Shares feature gives you full visibility over how lists are being shared across your platform - who shared them, when, and with whom. It’s a simple but powerful way to monitor activity and keep control of shared content.


Where to find List Shares

To access this area:

  • Navigate to ONE Admin > Lists > List Shares


What you’ll see

The List Shares screen displays a clear log of all shared lists, including:

  • List name

  • Date and time shared

  • User who shared the list

This gives you a quick overview of sharing activity across your site.


Viewing detailed share information

Want more detail? You can dive deeper into any shared list.

To view full details:

  1. Click Actions next to a list share

  2. Select View

You’ll then see a full breakdown of the share, including:

  • List name

  • Date and time shared

  • User who shared it

  • Recipient(s) the list was sent to

  • Email subject line

  • Message included in the share

  • Number of items in the list

  • Direct link to view the list on the front end


Why this is useful

List Shares helps you:

  • Monitor how content is being distributed

  • Audit list sharing activity across teams

  • Track external communications

  • Ensure content is being shared appropriately


Access requirements

To use List Shares, you must have:

  • The correct role permissions enabled

  • The List Management feature switched on in your subscription

If you don’t see this feature, please contact your Account Manager to enable it on your site.


List Shares gives you full transparency over list sharing activity—helping you stay informed, organised, and in control of how content is distributed across your platform.
