The List Management feature gives you a centralised way to view, organise, and manage all lists across your platform. Whether you're preparing for events or maintaining content behind the scenes, this tool makes list administration simple and efficient.
Where to find List Management
To access this feature:
Navigate to ONE Admin > Lists
What you’ll see
In the List Management area, you’ll find a complete overview of all lists on your site, including:
List name
Number of items in each list
List owner (creator)
Offline app visibility status
Making lists available offline
Preparing for an event like MIPCOM? You can quickly make lists available in your offline app.
To enable offline access:
Tick the checkbox next to a list
The list will now be available in the offline app
This is a great way to ensure your content is ready and accessible when you need it most.
Finding lists quickly
Use the tools at the top of the page to locate specific lists:
Search
Enter a list name in the search bar
Filters
Refine your results by:
List type (Global or Personal)
List owner
Offline visibility
Date created
Managing list items
To manage the contents of a list:
Click Actions
Select Manage List Items
From here, you can:
View full list details
Access the list link
Edit and organise list content
Reordering list items
Need to present content in a specific order? You can easily rearrange items:
Enable the Reorder toggle
Update the position number for each item
This is especially useful when preparing curated lists for events or presentations.

The List Management feature must be enabled in your subscription
