Broadcasters

Add and manage broadcaster information

Broadcasters allow you to associate programmes with the relevant broadcaster who is showcasing the content.

You can manage broadcasters from:
​ONE Admin > Programme Management > Broadcasters

What you can do from the Broadcasters screen

  • Add a new broadcaster

  • Edit an existing broadcaster

  • Delete a broadcaster

Adding a new broadcaster

  1. Click + New Broadcaster

  2. Enter the name

  3. Click Save Broadcaster

Your new broadcaster is now available to assign to programmes.

Editing a broadcaster

  1. Click Actions > Edit next to the broadcaster

  2. Update the name as needed

  3. Click Save Broadcaster

Changes will automatically update wherever the broadcaster is used.

Deleting a broadcaster

  1. Click Actions > Delete next to the broadcaster

  2. A confirmation warning will appear

  3. Confirm to delete

Once deleted, a broadcaster cannot be restored, so ensure it’s no longer needed before removing.

Tips

  • Use consistent naming
    Ensure broadcaster names are entered consistently to avoid duplicates.

  • Order strategically
    Place the primary or most important broadcaster first for clarity.

  • Review before deleting
    Check whether a broadcaster is still assigned to programmes before removing it.

  • Keep data clean
    Regularly review your list to remove duplicates or outdated entries.
