What’s new?

We’ve introduced enhanced Notifications alongside updates to the Favourites feature, giving users more control over how they stay informed.

All clients now have notifications enabled, and users can choose exactly what they’re notified about and how.


Favourites & Programme Notifications

  • All users can now favourite programmes

  • Users can choose to receive notifications about updates to those programmes

Notification preferences for individual programmes can be managed directly from the Favourites page.


In-App Notifications

  • Users can now receive in-app notifications, displayed in the website header

User Approval Notifications

  • Notifications for user approvals will appear in-app

  • Only users who already receive user approval emails will receive these in-app notifications


Notification Settings Page

A new “Notification Settings” page is now available under My Account, allowing users to fully customise their preferences.

Email Notification Frequency

Set how often you receive notification roundup emails:

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • Off


Feature-Based Notification Settings

Users can control notifications for specific features, including:

  • Announcements

  • Enquiries

  • User Registration

For each feature, you can choose how you’d like to be notified:

  • Email (checkbox)

  • In-App (checkbox)
