The Favourites feature makes it easy for users to save and keep track of programmes they’re interested in.
Users can quickly favourite content, manage their saved programmes, and even choose to receive notifications.
How to Favourite a Programme:
On Programme Cards
When logged in, users will see a heart icon on programme cards across the site
If a programme is already favourited, the heart will appear active
Adding a Favourite:
Click an inactive heart to favourite the programme
The heart will turn active
A tooltip will appear with the option:
'Notify me about this programme' (this is enabled by default)
Users can uncheck this if they don’t want notifications
Removing a Favourite:
Click an active heart to remove the programme
The heart will return to an inactive state
On Programme Pages
The same heart icon and behaviour is available in the programme page banner
Users can favourite or unfavourite directly from the programme page
