Enquiries

Make it easy for users to connect with your team

Written by Support

The Enquiries feature allows users to quickly get in touch about a specific programme - directly from the programme page. It’s a simple, streamlined way to capture interest, questions, and opportunities in one place.

This feature is enabled for all clients by default but can be turned off by a Company Admin in the CMS settings if needed.

How it works for users

Sending an Enquiry

  • When visiting a programme page, users will see an 'Enquire' button in the banner.

  • Clicking this button opens a form in a modal.

The form includes:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email address

  • Message

If the user is logged in, their name and email address will be pre-filled, making it quicker to submit an enquiry.

What happens after submission?

  • Once an enquiry is sent, a notification is triggered for all users who have the enquiries permission (set in Roles)

  • This ensures the right people are alerted and can respond promptly.

Managing Enquiries in the CMS

Users with the enquiries permission will have access to a new 'Enquiries' section in the CMS.

Head to ONE Admin > Communication > Enquiries
