The Enquiries feature allows users to quickly get in touch about a specific programme - directly from the programme page. It’s a simple, streamlined way to capture interest, questions, and opportunities in one place.
This feature is enabled for all clients by default but can be turned off by a Company Admin in the CMS settings if needed.
How it works for users
Sending an Enquiry
When visiting a programme page, users will see an 'Enquire' button in the banner.
Clicking this button opens a form in a modal.
The form includes:
First name
Last name
Email address
Message
If the user is logged in, their name and email address will be pre-filled, making it quicker to submit an enquiry.
What happens after submission?
Once an enquiry is sent, a notification is triggered for all users who have the enquiries permission (set in Roles)
This ensures the right people are alerted and can respond promptly.
Managing Enquiries in the CMS
Users with the enquiries permission will have access to a new 'Enquiries' section in the CMS.
Head to ONE Admin > Communication > Enquiries
